Leo Trukšāns brings 30 years of experience in IT projects to his role at LVRTC. His extensive project portfolio includes major initiatives like the Latvian Education Informatization System, BalticGrid, the E-Spiets science cloud, and IPsec QKD integration development. Leo holds a doctorate in computer science from the University of Latvia, where he also serves as an associate professor of IT.
