Andris Kulbergs

Prime Minister Republic of Latvia

Andris Kulbergs currently serves as Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia.

Prior to assuming office in 2026, he was a Member of the 14th Saeima, where he held several senior parliamentary roles, including in the areas of public expenditure oversight, climate and energy policy, innovation ecosystem development, and major infrastructure governance.

Before entering national politics, A. Kulbergs built extensive leadership experience in the private sector, working across regional business development, strategic management, and international commercial operations. His professional background combines public policy, economic development, infrastructure oversight, and business leadership.

A. Kulbergs holds an MBA in International Business and Commerce from Riga Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Concordia International University Estonia.
