Antonia Kuntze started her career in the maritime industry as a ship manager for chemical & product tankers while pursuing her bachelor’s degree in shipping & ship finance.
In 2018 she graduated from the MBA program at Brandeis University in Boston, USA. Then she joined the Flotte Hamburg GmbH & Co. KG , a daughter company of the Hamburg Port Authority established in 2017, owning and operating the fleet of Hamburg. She is Head of the Operational and Service departments and focuses at Flotte Hamburg on the improvement of business operations, corporate development, and the environmental strategy of the fleet.
