Partnership Pioneers Round-Table
This unique occasion is designed to bring together leading industry stakeholders to explore the future of advanced microchip technologies and innovations in Latvia.
Venue: Riga Technical University (RTU), Āzenes iela 12
The Partnership Pioneers Round-Table is an opportunity to delve into the technological advancements and potential of Latvia in the global microchip landscape. Riga Technical University (RTU) and Institute of Solid State Physics (CFI) currently boast “labs” with limited scalability. However, our internationally renowned professors and scientists have achieved remarkable feats in various technological domains. With your collaboration, we aim to elevate and build on our existing infrastructure to a scalable, state-of-the-art facility that can further position Latvia at the forefront of the tech industry, and scale up our talents.
Preliminary Agenda (an updated and detailed agenda will be distributed prior to participants prior to the event):
- Lab Walkthrough at RTU – Experience our current capabilities and envision the potential of a scalable lab.
- Introduction by the Prime Minister of Latvia – Insights into Latvia’s vision for the tech industry.
- Address by the RTU Rector – Understand the achievements of RTU in the field of advanced technologies and the vision for the future.
- Moderated Discussions – Engage in insightful talks, steered by our moderator from McKinsey, focusing on the future of tech investments and collaborations.
Participation in the workshop is free of charge, but invitation-only, please e-mail to Gundars Kokins, Riga Technical University if interested: Gundars.Kokins_1@rtu.lv
