During the last 10 years, held an executive position at a leading Latvian ICT industry business support organization – Latvian IT Cluster, ensuring a strategic shift of the organization towards becoming an industry digitalization hub and European Digital Innovation Hub.
From 2023 to 2026, the European Digital Innovation Hub in Latvia served as the driving force and coordination organization for all National-level digitalization programs, supporting almost 10,000 companies with consulting, skills, or grant program opportunities.
Chair of the National RIS3 Advisory Board on ICT, as well as acting as an external OECD expert on Digitalization policy topics.
