Arturs has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, working on the development of new business areas and introducing services that have significantly contributed to the use of digital solutions. His focus is to develop new, innovative, and scalable solutions and technologies in close cooperation with Latvian and international partners.
Arturs is the head of LMT’s innovation development division, which provides research and development of new technologies and business opportunities. LMT’s innovations include developing future 5G network capabilities, deploying 5G drone applications, providing seamless 5G network connectivity at sea, offering digital twin solutions, and other development initiatives.
LMT is an active partner in many international projects, including programs such as Horizon Europe and the Connecting Europe Facility, and is open to new collaboration opportunities.
