Chloe Teevan is Head of Digital Economy and Governance at ECDPM, a think tank focused on the EU’s international partnerships. Chloe leads a team of experts conducting policy research and facilitating policy discussions around the EU’s international digital policy.
Her work focuses on the intersection of digital diplomacy, international investment strategy and sustainable development. She works closely with the EU institutions, EU member states, international policymakers, civil society and the private sector.
She previously worked with the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) in London, as an independent research consultant and spent 2 years working in Cairo between 2012-2014. She was co-editor of a book published with Routledge, “Africa–Europe Cooperation and Digital Transformation.”
