Cyril joined the European Commission in 2016 as a Project Officer in the Future Connectivity Systems Unit in DG CNECT. For the previous ten years, he has acquired significant expertise in R&D for eHealth working within hospitals, universities, and companies active in this domain.
Cyril holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from the Grenoble Institute of Technology.
