Egita Poļanska is a Latvian early-stage investor and a founding partner at Outlast Fund, a €21 million fund she co-founded in 2024 to back pre-seed and seed founders in B2B SaaS, applied AI and deep tech across the Baltics and Nordics. She also serves as economic advisor to Latvia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs on startups and technology, helps run Shipyard AI, a hands-on AI-native hacker house in Riga, and organises Latvia’s Defence Tech Meetup.
Egita has spent more than a decade building the Baltic startup ecosystem from every angle. Before Outlast she was CEO of Startup House Riga and a partner at Startup Wise Guys, where she led its cyber security accelerator.
