Francesca is the Head of International and Standards in the Telecoms Diversification Unit within the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS). She has a background in international affairs, strategy, and complex policy issues. Francesca has previously worked in No10, Cabinet Office, and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office on issues as diverse as Brexit, Covid-19, and the Middle East.
