Jurgis Miezainis is the current Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Economics, a role he has held since September 2023, following an earlier term in the same position from 2019 to 2021. He brings extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, including roles as Projects Director at JJ Serviss Ltd and as an Advisor to the Chairman of the Board at Laflora Ltd.
With a Master’s Degree in Business and Administration from the Latvia University of Agriculture (2013), Jurgis’ background encompasses business leadership, project management, and political engagement.
