Karoline Põder is the Head of Electronic Identity (eID) at the Estonian Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs. She coordinates the strategic development of Estonia’s electronic identity ecosystem and helps ensure its continuity, security, and long-term development. Prior to her current role, Karoline spent over eight years at the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board, where she worked on the development, procurement, and implementation of Estonia’s identity documents and related technologies.
