Kaspars Ozoliņš is a Member of the Board of LVR Flote, where he leads the company’s development as a technical service provider for Latvian ports. A lawyer by training with Master’s degrees in Law and Commercial Law, he brings more than 15 years of experience in the transport sector and public administration, including serving as State Secretary of the Ministry of Transport and holding board positions at major Latvian transport companies.
