Kaspars Pollaks

Kaspars Pollaks, Director of LMT Defence, a department of Latvian Mobile Telephone, is a retired Navy officer with a distinguished service record, including operational experience in international environments. He has a proven command record, having served as a Commanding Officer. Kaspars holds an M.Sc.Eng. in Maritime Transport Administration from the Latvian Maritime Academy (now part of Riga Technical University) and a Mini MBA in Innovation Management from Riga Business School. He is a distinguished graduate of the Latvian National Defence Academy and the U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officers School in Newport, Rhode Island. In addition to his role at LMT Defence, Kaspars is a Board Member of the Latvian Military Technology & Robotics Association (MilTech) and Business Development Adviser at UniLab Defence.
