Chairman of the Board of UPB Nams and Chairman of the Supervisory board of the Latvian Exporters Association “The Red Jackets”.
Kaspars Rožkalns has more than 10 years of cumulative experience leading various teams and companies, including the last three years as Director of the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA). Previously, he also led the translation agency Linearis in the Baltic States and China, as well as LIAA’s representative offices in China and Germany. During this time, Kaspars has implemented various changes in both digitalisation and organisational culture, creating new synergies and fostering innovation. He currently also chairs the supervisory board of the Latvian Exporters Association “The Red Jackets.”
