Leo Selavo is a professor at the Faculty of Computing of the University of Latvia and a program co-director for Bachelor in IT Leadership undergraduate studies implemented at the Riga Business School. His main research interests are developing novel wireless sensor network systems for medical and environmental sciences, sports and entertainment.
Leo received Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and has served as a researcher and lecturer at University of Virginia, University of Iowa, and Institute of Electronics and Computer Science of Latvia. He is also consulting startups and was IoT architect at the AGT International.
