Neils Kalniņš is an ICT sector leader and Director of the Techritory ecosystem, a platform that connects organisations, industries and countries to advance technological innovation. Under his leadership, Techritory has become a hub for collaboration, supporting the adoption of ICT technologies to drive economic development across the Baltic Sea Region and beyond.
Alongside his work at Techritory, Neils serves as an adviser to the Vice-Rector for Innovation at Riga Technical University. His career spans several decades and includes serving as CEO of the consultancy firm NK Konsultāciju Birojs.
Neils holds a master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of Latvia. A regular public speaker, he advocates for collaboration and innovation as key drivers of technological progress and economic growth.
