Olga Sihmane leads Meta’s connectivity and infrastructure public policy for Europe. Prior to Meta, she was Director of EU Affairs and Head of Public Affairs Brussels at Telia Company, responsible for the company’s public affairs strategies and stakeholder engagement.
Olga has previously worked on international energy policy and infrastructure financing at the European Commission. She holds a Master’s in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s in Corporate Communications and International Studies from Drexel University.
