Warren Low

Command, Control, and Communications Policies, Capabilities, and Industry Manager NATO HQ SACT

Warren Low serves as Command, Control, and Communications Policies, Capabilities, and Industries Manager and is responsible for Digital Backbone Portfolio within NATO HQ Supreme Allied Command Transformation (SACT). He brings extensive experience in development and operations of information-communications technology in military command and control systems, cyber defence, intelligence, space systems and data center operations.

In his current role, Warren leads coherent development of interoperable NATO solutions to solve military operational requirements. He established HQ SACT’s Digital Experimentation event in 2022 and has positioned the event as uniquely focused on field-based experimentation. HQ SACT has been using the event to inform NATO on exploitation of emerging and disruptive technologies together with the Latvian MOD and National Armed Forces.

Warren holds a master’s degree in systems engineering from the George Washington University.
