As Europe becomes increasingly dependent on wireless networks for critical infrastructure, safeguarding the radio spectrum has become vital. Spoofing and jamming—especially recurring disruptions in the Baltic region—endanger communication reliability and safety.
This expert-led workshop convenes regulators, industry stakeholders, and infrastructure operators to review real-world incidents, explore detection techniques, evaluate alternatives to GNSS, and strengthen spectrum sovereignty and resilience strategies.

As part of the Techritory Forum 2025, the Nordic-Baltic 5G Expert Group will reconvene to continue discussing the future of connectivity in the region. This year’s the Expert group will discuss the progress of Nordic-Baltic Connectivity for Smarter and Inclusive Societies project (NB CONNECT), focusing on:
The implementation of the Gigabit Infrastructure Act (GIA) and address challenges related to the rollout of high-speed digital infrastructure in rural areas.
Further development of the Connectivity Hub as a regional enabler for digital transformation.
