Techritory, an international platform and community that drives the development of emerging technologies, will host the Techritory Forum on October 22–23, 2025, in Riga, Latvia.
The two-day event will bring together more than 600 high-profile speakers and guests – from tech innovators and thought leaders to policy makers and top scientists – under the theme “Connected Futures through Digital Paths.”
This year’s theme underscores the pivotal role of cutting-edge technologies in shaping and enhancing our interconnected world. The event will feature 22 stage sessions in seven thematic blocks: defence and resiliency, AI, Europe’s competitiveness in digital technologies, quantum technologies, maritime connectivity, digital identity, and 5G and R&D of 6G.
The forum will once again bring together some of the most influential voices in global innovation, research, and politics. Some of the speakers include:
- Jean Charles Ellermann-Kingombe, Assistant Secretary General for Innovation, Hybrid and Cyber at NATO
- Henna Virkkunen, Executive Vice-President for Tech Sovereignty, Security and Democracy at the European Commission
- Baiba Braže, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia
- Mathias Cormann, Secretary-General, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)
- Rodrigo da Costa, Executive Director of the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA)
- Viktors Valainis, Minister of Economics of the Republic of Latvia
- Cosmas Luckyson Zavazava, Director of the Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT) at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU)

Over the course of the two days, the forum will host co-creation events for diverse stakeholders to meet and discuss solutions for the most pressing issues in connectivity and digitalization. In the Expo Zone, tech companies and startups will demonstrate their products and showcase their prototypes. A range of networking opportunities will also be provided in the venue, as well as during evening receptions organized by forum partners.

Techritory is organized by the Electronic Communications Office of Latvia, powered by the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) and the European Regional Development Fund.
